Consumer 300 by MDS is a program of Million Dollar Sellers (MDS). Until a Consumer 300-specific privacy policy is approved and published, the program is operated under MDS's privacy framework together with the supplemental practices described below.

Application dataApplication information is used to determine eligibility, calculate preliminary placement, administer verification and communicate with applicants.
Financial verification documentsSupporting financial documents are collected only through the designated secure verification workflow. Access is limited to authorized verification personnel and service providers, and retention is minimized.
ResearchOptional research use should be separately consented and publicly reported in aggregate or de-identified form.
No sponsor access to applicant financialsApplicant-level financial information is not intended to be sold or provided to sponsors, investors, lenders, competitors or acquirers.

Launch updates

If you join the launch list, we collect your name, work email, brand or company, self-reported membership status and consent to Consumer 300 launch and application updates. This record is separate from a paid or free application. Joining does not allocate an application place.
